Extended maturation Pilsner with classic German Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. It is clean, crisp, bitter and pleasant, with floral aromas, a touch of citrus and herbaceous reminiscences. The result is an elegant and well-integrated beer that invites the long drink. It weds wonderfully with the dishes of the grilled fish masters of Elkano Restaurant.
