Mucho Talus™ HBC 692, or simply: Mucho Talus™. A DDH 6.5% IPA single hopped with the newly launched Talus™.

It’s a neomexicanus hop, a genetically distinct sub-species of hop that has been growing wild in the dry mountain regions of New Mexico for the last million years. Sister to Sabro with a different profile: grapefruit, stone fruit, woody, cream, notes that are great for IPAs. It’s the first time we are doing a single IPA with this hop. Get them while they are cold!
