A super drinkable beer to gulp while munching on the food offerings at Basqueland Izakaia. It develops notable aromas found in Asian cuisine, such as lemongrass, elderflowers, or pineapple. It has been brewed with Bru-1 hops on the hot side and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc for layers of complexity.
