Bright golden with a white foam, Oobatz dazzles with notes of lemon meringue, sweetgrass and a floral touch.
On the palate, the character of bread, cereal, and grain balances with a dry, refreshing finish, enhanced by lively carbonation. A light dry hop with noble Tettnanger hops rounds out this unique experience.
