This pastry Imperial Stout aged in whisky barrels is the result of our Irish coffee version. A blender of the Pastry Hot Tiramisu has been made with the Imperial Stout Dark Way which has previously been aged in 15-year-old whisky barrels.
It has a dark black color with a brown foam. On the nose we find notes of chocolate, coffee, whiskey and subtle brushstrokes of vanilla.
The result in the mouth is a smooth sip between notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla in sum is like a bite of Tiramisu sprayed with a few drops of whisky.
Malts: Golden Promise, Imperial Malt, Carafa Special II, Chocolate Malt, Unmalted Roasted Barley, Malted Oats and Flaked Oats
Others: Vanilla, cocoa nibs, biscuits and coffee.
