We wanted to brew a Belgian IPA, since we love fruits, the intention was to combine the notes of natural fruits provided by hops with the fruity notes provided by the sters produced by Belgian yeasts.
It is a golden beer, very easy to drink and pleasant to sip. We find a silky texture that lets us travel through the different fruity peaches and tropical fruits that come from fresh hops and the spicy notes and hints of banana that the Belgian yeast gives us.
Malts: Barley malt, oat flakes, oat malt and wheat malt.
Hops: Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic.
Dry Hopping: Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic.
