It is a fruity farmhouse barrel aged made with a blender of a Saison-type beer must that has been conditioned with biodynamic apples that will provide wild yeasts and another beer must also Saison, that has been aged in Penedès barrels for 5 months, during this stage it is also conditioned with apples.
After this complex process we obtain a golden yellow beer, with a fine and light foam and a complex aroma in which we highlight the sour apple, white grapes, wooden notes. In the sip we appreciate a balanced acid profile with the notes of apple and hints of white grapes. There is also the presence of wooden notes of conditioning in barrels. At the end it ends with a dry sip reminiscent of white wine. Try it and discover new sensations and don’t imagine it’s so subtle and funky beer at 8.5° degrees.
