Espiga – Flying Eyes

We are very happy to collaborate with DEYA friends from the UK, we love their pale ale and their IPAs. That’s why we wanted to make a hazy IPA with a lot of body and many kilos of hops.
This 7.5% ABV DDH IPA looks hazy and golden in color with orange highlights. In aroma abounds the stone fruit type peach and apricot, there is also the presence of pineapple and a citrus tnotes behind that will make a very easy sip to drink.

Malts: Barley malt, wheat malt, oat flakes and barley flakes.
Hops: Simcoe
Dry Hopping: Idaho 7, Citra and Simcoe
