It is a highly complex beer, the production process lasts almost 2 years. It emerges from a blender of 3 different musts, one that has had a dairy fermentation and two musts of Sour beers that have been ripening in red wine barrels of our zero km in the Penedès valley for between 12 and 15 months. Once the blender is obtained with the perfect proportions, add black stone fruits to give it a fruity taste and a greater degree of acidity. The result is a feast of flavors and notes of all kinds on a dry and refreshing beer at the same time.
In the aspect we find a dark golden color with reddish reflections, when smelling we appreciate an aroma of wooden notes, green apples, floral notes. To the taste of this dry beer with a moderate acidity we appreciate notes of wood, acid apple, banana and leaving a aftertaste to wild blackberries. It is an ideal beer to enjoy an aperitif on a hot day.
