Does this Kveik IPA belong to the Rainbow Keeper collection and Could you be hop? In these beers we experience the magic of yeast and the magic of hops that give us fruity profiles. We have been testing different yeasts in the same base of malts and hops, this time it is the turn of the Norwegian yeast Kveik that paradoxically ferments at temperatures close to 40 degrees more typical of the Mediterranean summer, giving the beer a touch of dryness and citrus.
It’s a hazy beer of orange yellow, in aroma we appreciate the citrus and fresh fruit notes of hops. In the sip we can also appreciate a silky and creamy notes accompanied by notes of peach, citrus provided by the yeast and hops ending in a dry finish.
