It’s a Sour Farmhouse Ale. As a great singularity in its production, wild fermentations have been used specially selected by us from various wine barrels from the Penedès, combined with an open fermentation process.
Yellowish colour with little persistent white foam, in the mouth it is silky and light-bodied. In aroma and taste, the citric acidic notes provided by both wild yeasts and lactic fermentation ferments and simcoe hops used in dry hopping in its production predominate. There are also acetic, vanilla and wood notes from the blend with beer ripened nine months in red wine barrels. In short, we are facing a beer of high complexity that will make us fully work all our organoleptic senses.
