Wild Ride is an acidic beer made in collaboration with Cyclic, a brewery in Barcelona. It has a spontaneous fermentation with various types of yeast, some of which are native to the Cyclic brewery. It has been 12 months in oak barrels that have contained red wine and were also added Xarel·lo grape skins to increase the Brett microfauna and give it a more Funky wild touch.
The result is a dark golden beer with a lightweight body of 7.6 degrees imperceptible. The aroma highlights include the notes of banana, white fruit and florals typical of the Xarel·lo grape variety in combination with the freshness and citrus notes provided by the Cascade hops. We also find touches of bread, pastries and dairy products from fermentation with wild yeasts.
In the mouth it is soft and silky. In the sip we appreciate all the aromas and the Funky point of Brett yeasts.
In short, it is a beer with a complex production process that is reflected in the complexity of aromas combining notes typical of beer and white wine.
