In aroma, a biscuit malt sweetness combines with a fruit bowl of apricot, berries, pineapple, grapefruit, melon and more, thanks to generous dry hop additions of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Ekuanot. Juicy citrus (nectarine), tropical and stone fruit hop flavours develop in the middle, along with a gentle citrusy bitterness that dissipates quickly. Fruity, and with a full mouthfeel, this is perhaps our most satisfying NEIPA to date!
