US Double Dry-Hopped IPA (Loral, Cashmere, Chinook). One of a series of three new IPAs, all made with Extra Pale Simpsons malts. Same malt bill, just different hops. (Check out Ain’t No Half Steppin and Make Me Smile to complete the series) The name comes from the classic Big Daddy Kane track from 1988. For us, it represents the need to take bold steps forward with our beers
