Just like the base version of Pan IPAni, this one is jam packed with American hops. This, and then a generous amount of wheat malt and wheat flakes result in a round, creamy and elegant beverage. It’s strong, treacherously so, the bitterness moderate and orangey. When brewing Pan IPAni Double we wanted to check if one could possibly get even more out of the American hops — more rich fruitiness, deep and fleshy. You can almost feel full by just smelling it!
