Farmhouse Funky Berry is a new release from our Farmhouse collection, where we explore the complexity of mixed fermentations and time in wood. On this occasion, we present a beer aged in oak barrels with the addition of natural raspberries to enhance its most wild and vibrant profile. Once the blending and fruit addition were complete, the beer was bottle-conditioned for 9 months, a resting period that allows it to reach its full complexity and elegance. Visually it presents a golden color with reddish reflections from the raspberries, with a thin and ephemeral white head. On the nose, aromas of red berries blend with the rustic and “funky” notes typical of wild yeast, accompanied by subtle hints of wood and vanilla. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced and refreshing acidity that enhances the flavor of the fresh fruit. The barrel aging provides structure and a dry, slightly tannic, and very elegant finish.

It is an ideal beer to accompany soft cheeses, salads with nuts, or citrus-based desserts.

Maltes: Barley malt, Wheat malt and oat malt.
