Our British Bitter Pale was Espiga’s very first recipe, and that’s why we wanted it to also be the first to have its alcohol-free version. The chosen name: SENSE.
Our new alcohol-free toasted ale preserves all the artisanal essence that defines us. With a dark amber color and coppery highlights, it keeps the cereal notes and a herbal, earthy touch from the hops that evoke the classic British character.
A smooth and balanced entry, where toasted malts with hints of bread and nuts take the lead. The bitterness is moderate, fresh, and well-integrated, reminiscent of a traditional bitter.
