Our Hungarian Terroir series is expanded with another release, a Hungarian Grape Ale. This time we visited Szekszárd again, specifically Vida Wine Estate.
The Kadarka juice and pomace Vida estate provided were fermented together with the basic beer, the fermentation was made by the culture specially used for this variety. This is how we managed to produce the lightest Hungarian Terroir item so far. A real spring drink, it has typical rosé color, berries and nuts dominate both aroma and taste. An easy to drink, bistro beer with a restrained and elegant acidity.
